Item Description: This is for an original John Wayne "cast and crew" mug, in attic mint pristine condition. (No chips, cracks, flakes, crunches, stains or discolorization). It states "Good Luck John Wayne" (under glaze, I think the expression is.) This is a vintage mug made by Ketchum Originals , Long Beach, California. It is 3 3/8" tall with a mouth also about 3 3/8" across from outside lip to lip. Any marks on the handle seen in the photo are reflections. Again, this mug is pristine. I am not an expert in this category, so please do your homework. This type of mug is said to have been given to cast and crew, and I'll assume friends and fans, as I have the mailing box for this also. The box gives us John Wayne's movie return address of 5451 Marathon, Hollywood CA 90038. The box, is addressed to York, PA, so hence, must have been a family member, friend or fan (?). The box is intact and strong, but 2 flaps were discarded off the top. It was mailed in Feb, but the year is missing or no longer visible (see photo). The Marathon address used is that of Paramount Pictures. T

Payment and Shipping Info: The mug will be shipped at less than 2 lbs., Priority Mail. Cost will range from $7.25 to $12.90, depending on your location. PayPal is the only payment method accepted. PayPal allows you to use most credit cards, and other options are available if you "set them up". 6% sales tax is added to Pennsylvania purchases only. If you believe your mail is not safe enough, I WILL PAY FOR additional signature confirmation on auctions over $50, which means you or someone will have to sign for it, either at your home or your local Post Office. Let me know immediately by contacting me via eBay messages when you pay, and I will add signature confirmation at no expense to you, when I create the shipping label. But you must tell me right away when you pay.I WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE eBay/PayPal "Ship To" address provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! EBay buyer protection covers your purchase while USPS insurance covers my investment, with your assistance, should something go wrong. Please read further details near bottom of page.

   Signature Confirmation
of delivery for packages may be requested. If so, buyer may be notified by USPS to pick this item up at a local post office, in which case it will not be delivered to Buyer's door. If it is delivered to Buyer's door, someone will have to sign for it. Therefore, if item goes missing after item has been signed for, IT IS A POLICE MATTER!
Finally, of my feedbacks, 400+ are from sales. All items have been as described. I spend time on my descriptions (as you may have noticed), and I don't miss much. I pack well. No negative feedback was ever given to me (the old days). Today however, it is easier for buyers to try to "work the system". Please then, if this is you, leave me alone.

On Feb-17-18 at 05:47:49 PST, seller added the following information:

Hello everyone and thanks for your bids. Upon starring at the picture of the box, on the postmark (lower circle), I thought I made out what could be remnants of "1973" printed, with lower portions of the 973 missing. That is when the film was made, so I guess that is the "not visible" post mark year, which is actually visible. Good Luck! Tom
