Once you exit at exit 107 it will put you at Co Rd 1111. You take this road south for approx 10 miles directly to the Silver Spur Ranch.

  Once you reach the beginning of the ranch on the County road, you will be very close your land approx 7 miles from County road 1111(see map).,  For your first trip to visiting your land, we will arrange to have our tour guide meet you & show you exactly where your tracts are.  Short advance notice is necessary to schedule.

Purchase price for 120 Acres is $64,820.  The Down Payment will be deducted from the Purchase price.  The balance will be financed @8% interest (no pre-payment penalty) with monthly payments of $526.00
After the end of the auction the Down Payment amount is due within 24 hours by Paypal.
